Terms of Services
We provide a range of creative services, which may include but are not limited to branding, logo design, web design, strategy, digital assets and consultation. The exact scopes, deliverables, and timeline of each project will be clearly outlined in a project proposal, estimates, or agreement before any work begins.

Payments and Invoicing
For Pay Per Hire engagements, a non-refundable advance payment of 20–50% of the agreed fixed recruitment fee may be required before the hiring process begins. The remaining balance becomes payable upon the successful joining of the selected candidate or as otherwise agreed in writing. For HR Retainer services, invoices are issued monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. Payments must be made within the due date mentioned on the invoice. Delayed payments may affect ongoing services and future deliverables. All fees quoted by PeopleCircle are fixed and transparent, unless otherwise specified. We do not charge commissions based on a candidate's CTC unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Cancellation and Termination
Clients may cancel ongoing services by providing written notice. Any advance payments already made are non-refundable, as they cover the time, resources, research, and recruitment efforts invested by PeopleCircle. PeopleCircle reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of non-payment, misuse of services, unethical conduct, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

→ You will be invoiced for any work completed up to the point of cancellation
→ You will not have rights to use unfinished or unpaid materials
Confidentiality
PeopleCircle treats all client and candidate information as confidential. Any business information, hiring requirements, candidate profiles, internal documents, or personal information shared during the engagement will only be used for the purpose of delivering our services and will not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties, except where required by law or with prior consent. Similarly, clients agree not to distribute or misuse proprietary processes, documents, templates, or materials developed and provided by PeopleCircle without written permission.
